We are after the perfect marbled pork. That’s why we are crossing a heritage Ossabaw Island (lard pig) with a Hampshire (lean pig). Ossabaw Island pigs are a heritage Spanish pig that have dark red meat and their fat has a low melting point - more akin to olive oil. Hampshire pigs are fast growing, meaty pigs which have a sweet, friendly disposition. If you are looking for the family pig or healthier heritage pork, this is it. We sell weaned piglets or of you want homestead pork but don’t have the space - we will raise it for you! Check out our options!
(Note: Our pigs are raised on Grower Feed and garden / table scraps. Never treated with vaccines or antibiotics)

Dexter Cattle
Dexter Cattle are known as the perfect homestead cow - providing both meat and milk - with a great temperament. Their small size enables them to grass range on a half acre to an acre. Our fully registered cows are never treated with any chemicals, vaccines, or antibiotics. Their full grass diet is just as nature intended - and our winter hay comes from a local non-treated, organic hay farm. Certified A2/A2 milk, non-carriers PHA and Chon - this is your family cow. If you don’t know about A2/A2 milk check it out...cow milk for the lactose intolerant!
